These instructions describe how to create an account and register for Intel® Trust Authority.

Subscription levels
The free service level (Basic) grants access to the Intel Trust Authority services and limited support.
Paid support plans ("Advanced" and "Deluxe") are available for improves support.

| Advanced | Paid plan with email and phone support during PST business hours. Guaranteed response within 24hrs. |
| Deluxe | Paid plan with 24/7 support via email or phone, with the fastest response times. Specific response time between 4 to 24 hours depending on the severity of the issue. |
Register your account
Complete the steps below to create a new account with Intel® Trust Authority.
At the Intel® Trust Authority page, select the Sign in button.
A dropdown menu appears.
Select the appropriate region (US or EU) for your organization.
The Intel Trust Authority page appears.
Click the New to Intel Trust Authority? Sign up now link.
A customer registration form appears.
Fill out the following required fields:
- Company Name: The name of the company or organization that will own this account
- Company Address: The address of the company or organization that will own this account
- Email Address: The primary email address that will be used to create your account. This email address represents your organization and cannot be changed. This must be a business or organization email address; personal email addresses are restricted.
- Usage/Purpose: Provide the primary purpose of your Intel Trust Authority subscription: Product for production workloads; Research for security or other research purposes; Student for educational purposes; or Other to provide a different purpose.
- Cloud Service Provider: Select the cloud service provider(s) you use.
Note
Only Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and IBM Cloud are eligible for support. You can select multiple options if using a hybrid cloud environment.
- Support Plan: Only the Basic plan is currently offered. Paid support plans will be offered in a future release.
Click on the Request An Account button to submit the registration form
An email will be sent to the provided email address with instructions to login and activate your account.
Note
There may be a delay of up to 5 minutes before you receive the registration confirmation email.
A summary page with your registration details will appear with a link to the Intel Trust Authority login page.
Log in as a returning user
Note
The portal and API URLs for Intel Trust Authority differ by your region (US vs EU). Use the right URLs for your region:

Users returning to the Intel Trust Authority portal will use the following steps:
At the Intel® Trust Authority page, select the Sign up button.
A dropdown menu appears.
Select the appropriate region for your organization.
The Customer registration or sign in page appears.
Enter your email address, click Sign on with SSO
If you have not set up multi-factor authentication, you will be prompted to do so.
Complete authentication using your authenticator application or the one-time passcode via text or voice message on your phone.
The Manage services page appears.
