    Partner administration

    · 06/03/2025 ·

A partner is an organization or entity that manages and/or provides subscription services for Intel® Tiber™ Trust Service. There are two types of partners:

    • Managed Service Providers (MSPs) offer and manage Intel Trust Service subscriptions for customers. A Managed Service Provider can sell both MSP and reseller subscriptions. When a tenant subscribes to an MSP, they do not have direct access to the service. Instead, the MSP manages the tenant's users, API keys, and services.
    • Resellers offer the Intel Trust Service but do not manage it. Customers of the resellers are responsible for managing the service themselves. A reseller cannot sell MSP subscriptions.

There are three levels of partners:

    • Partner Admins are the highest-level partner. They can create the following:

      • Partner Admins - Partner Admins are limited to creating partners who can sell only one service. They are designated by the type of service they can sell, TSC Partner Admin or TEE Partner Admin. They can create both MPSs and Resellers.
      • Partner users - There are two types of partner users: Partner admins and Partner users. See Manage users for information.
      • Tenants - These are the organizations or entities that subscribed to a particular service: TSC or TEE.
      • Tenant users - Tenant users are created by Tenant admins and MSP Partners. Tenant users are designated by the services to which they are subscribed, for example, TSC Tenant user. There are two types of users, Tenant admins and Tenant users.
    • TSC and TEE Partner Admins can create the following:

      • Tenant partners both MSPs and Resellers
      • Tenant users
    • Tenant Partners can create:

      • Tenants
      • Tenant users

    Add a partner

The steps below explain how to add partners to Intel Trust Authority. When a partner is created, it is linked to a specific service—either Intel® Trusted Execution Environment (Intel TEE) or Intel® Transparent Supply Chain (Intel TSC). A partner can only create additional partners for the service they are associated with. A maximum of 500 partners can be created.

    1. From the Trust Service for Partner portal, select Partners.

      The Partners page displays.

    2. Select ADD PARTNER.

      The Add partner page displays.

    3. In the Partner company profile section, complete the following fields:

      • Company Name

      Important

The primary tenant email cannot be changed. If the email is no longer valid, the entire tenant must be deleted and recreated. There is no method to migrate data from the old tenant to the new one, which means that all data, policies, API keys, users, and other related information will be permanently lost.
